Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes. This position requires a combination of strong analytical capabilities, industry knowledge to effectively guide the financial strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A:

· Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, analyze trends, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

· Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.

· Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for optimization.

· Analyze production costs, raw material pricing, and supply chain efficiencies to identify areas for cost reduction.

· Support product pricing strategies by assessing cost structures and market conditions.

· Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives and growth.

· Develop and enhance financial models and tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning processes.

· Lead the implementation of financial systems and automation solutions.

· Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications of the Senior FP&A:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a related.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

· Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
