This Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
Leading analytical support for long-term strategic programs and serving as the point person for assigned projects.Engaging with stakeholders to understand requests and to define the scope of work and deliverables.Conducting complex analyses and coordinating, reviewing, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned accounts and funds.Reviewing and preparing detailed analyses of various general ledger accounts and selected cost centers.Mentoring the team in the preparation and presentation of executive level analyses/reports related to hospital activities.Reviewing and submitting periodic reports and documents for regulatory agencies and other external organizations.Guiding department managers on utilizing recommendations and supporting information for robust action plans.Reviewing and preparing various financial and statistical reports for monthly closes, quarterly reviews, and year-end audit reporting.Maintaining collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues.Minimum Requirements:
