What You'll be Doing Do you have an interest in Financial Reporting and creating/delivering amazing customer experiences for a global organization through accounting? As the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly reporting across multiple domestic and international ledgers. You will retrieve and analyze data from multiple data sources and will work with your team to identify and drive improvements in the consolidation process with great attention to detail. Also as the Senior Manager, you will be highly visible with frequent interactions with the leadership positions within the organization. You'll report to the Executive Director of Financial Reporting. You'll contribute to the success of the business by working closely with the TTEC's Accounting and Corporate leaders to ensure process and procedure accuracy and completion. During a Typical Day, You'll + Assist in the preparation of TTEC Consolidated financial statements and notes, performing detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts. + Assist in the preparation of audit requests for the consolidated company's annual audit and quarterly reviews while also working with internal and external auditors to meet quarterly and annual audit requirements. + Oversee the preparation and review of all financial reporting material to ensure accuracy and compliance of all US and local regulatory requirements, while ensuring that financial records and reports are maintained in compliance with company policies in US and local GAAP. + Own the monthly close and quarterly reporting processes for certain complex accounting areas, such as leases, debt, and other technical accounting processes. + Assist in the filing of the 10Q and 10K. + Manage an accounting staff in remote locations that supports statutory compliance. + Assist with system transformation and process improvement projects as sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer and/or SVP, Global Controller.
