We Take Care of Our TeamPay scale $29.66 to $42.37 dependent on experience. Plus additional premium for 2nd shift.
Requirements:- Ability to diagnose and repair LP and electric lift trucks and carts.
- Fabricate and machine equipment parts using burning and welding operations as well as with equipment such as sheers, punch presses, press brakes, benders, drill presses, etc.
- Install motors, machinery, and equipment according to layouts, blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Work will require an understanding of rigging applications.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, meters, levels, measuring tapes, lasers, and other precision-measuring devices.
- Perform mechanical maintenance from shop work orders, preventative work orders (PM's) as well as from written, drawn, and verbal instruction.
- Shift/Holiday/weekend or shift rotations work may be required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring systems from 12v to 48v.
- Ability to check 12v starting and charging systems.
- Ability to make and install hydraulic hoses and pumps.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Qualifications:- Four (4) years minimum maintenance experience or Journeyman card.
- Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and/or charging systems
- High school diploma required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Systems and Root Cause Failure Analysis required.
- Practical knowledge of Diagnozer diagnostic software.
Tools and Equipment:- Uses welding equipment to join various types of assemblies and metals.
- Safely and successfully repairs equipment using hoists, lifts, lift trucks, hand and power tools, lasers, squares, levels, rulers, micrometers, meters. etc.
- Operates grinders, drill presses, broaches, etc. Repairs and lubricates equipment and machinery.
- Perform other duties as required.
