Full time Senior FP&A Analyst - 1273A growing telecommunications company is seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to support its financial planning and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting performance analysis within the telecom sector. The Senior FP&A Analyst will collaborate with senior management to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making and business growth.Responsibilities Include:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and risks within the telecom industry.
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Analyze cost structures to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Develop scenario models to support decision-making on business opportunities and market expansions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline reporting.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Strong understanding of telecom industry metrics such as ARPU, churn, and network costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
