Senior FP&A Analyst – Hybrid – Fashion

An apparel & fashion brand is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their corporate headquarters on a hybrid basis. This individual will collaborate with the finance and business teams to develop expense forecasts, seasonal budgets, handle monthly closing processes, and prepare financial packages for senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting and monthly financial forecasting processes
• Create forecasting models for sales and profitability
• Craft executive-level presentations for management
• Enhance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management to ensure alignment with business targets
• Monitor and report monthly actual results compared to the established plan.
• Develop seasonal profit and loss forecasts
• Assess variances between projected and actual outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Provide financial guidance to business leaders in designing financial solutions that facilitate the monitoring of risks and opportunities
• Independently handle ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated capability to work both independently and cross functionally with other business units
• Advanced expertise in Excel
• Previous involvement in any product/inventory environment is required, brand retail/wholesale is preferred

Salary: $75,000-$110,000
