What You'll Own:
- Collaborate with our core team on various technology products, including the app, POS, and internal tools
- Work on diverse initiatives ranging from core product functionality and growth experiments to design systems and new product launches
- Collaborate closely with our product and design teams, with exposure to company leadership
- Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, advocate for quality engineering, and offer your ideas and feedback
- Develop and ship features using Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS and other technologies
- Assist in establishing and refining our engineering processes, tools, and systems to enhance speed and productivity
Who You Are:
- 4-5 years of full stack engineer experience minimum
- Proven experience working on production consumer apps
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript and Flutter programming frameworks, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building products
- A proactive approach to tackling challenges, with no task being too small or too large
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team and communicate with colleagues from different fields
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of teamwork
- Passion for our mission and the products we build, making your work enjoyable and fulfilling
Additional Information:
- This is a freelance position with a defined scope and timeline
- This position could be hybrid with 2-3 days in our Brooklyn or London office, or fully remote if in EST or BST time zones
- Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration is required
- This is a full-time/40-hour a week freelance position. Please provide a link to your GitHub and any relevant projects that you have contributed to
- $80-$120 USD per hour rate based on experience and project scope
