We're looking for a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to manage our US benefits programs. This role requires 5+ years of benefits administration experience, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and deep knowledge of US benefits regulations. The ideal candidate will drive the design, implementation, and analysis of health, welfare, 401(k), and other employee benefit programs.

Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage daily operations of health, welfare, 401(k), and other benefit programs
- Lead benefits open enrollment, developing communication strategies to reach all employees
- Provide guidance to employees on benefit questions via email, phone, or in person
- Partner with finance, payroll, HRIS, legal, and vendors to ensure accurate benefit administration and improve processes
- Stay updated on policies and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) to support compliance
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state benefits regulations
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in US benefits administration
- Certification in Benefits Administration (e.g., CEBS, CBP) preferred
- Familiarity in Workday benefits modules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
