Metro NY preferred, but remote will be considered. As the Global FF&E Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and excellence in the delivery of FF&E solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, global logistics, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and residential B2B industry.Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals. Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate global FF&E suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Logistics and Distribution: Oversee international logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of FF&E products. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize distribution networks and minimize lead times. Inventory Management: Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demands. Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies to ensure product availability. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold product standards. Collaborate with suppliers to implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain without compromising quality or service. Implement cost-effective measures and monitor key performance indicators.QualificationsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Min 7+ years of experience in FF&E supply chain management with a focus on the hospitality and residential B2B industry. Strong working knowledge of international, federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting the procurement of FF&E products Proven track record of successfully managing global supply chain operations. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
