ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Director of Global Marketing Partnerships, the Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for co-authoring the strategy and execution of marketing partnerships to accelerate demand creation & drive growth. This role will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with key stakeholders across Strategic Partnerships (BD), Content, Creative, Social, Media, Comms, Lifecycle as well as external partners to create integrated marketing campaigns that tell the Peloton story in exciting new ways. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness & wellness, deep partnership experience and a track record of creating innovative partnerships that deliver results. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Co-develop Global Marketing Partnership plans for each quarter and fiscal year aligned with company wide and marketing goals, driving alignment across cross functional partners in the Peloton business
  • Structure and negotiate strategic marketing partnerships that elevate the brand and expand our audience whether that is re-imagining how we maximize an existing partner or scaling into net new.
  • Lead brand activation/partner marketing efforts with influence from brief to retrospective among internal stakeholders globally - most critically Creative, Media, PR, Social + Content - to drive integrated activations/campaigns forward
  • Author strategic partner marketing briefs that leverage data, insights, & channel strategies to create relevant consumer facing marketing experiences
  • Establish partnership positioning, develop go to market strategy, & maintain excellent oversight of creative development and execution. From kick-off to reporting acting as a strategic decision-maker, Peloton Brand steward and shepherd partner relations.
  • Drive forward reporting and establish best practice for partnership measurement - responsible for defining clear goals and KPIs in support of business needs.
  • Foster synergy among partner network internally and externally, integrating multiple partners where possible to further our goals.
  • Elevate Peloton's sports marketing partnerships in our marketing efforts & plan promotional campaigns.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 6+ years of experience in partner marketing; experience with sports marketing, talent and or experiential is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to lead and influence cross functional partners to drive results, must cultivate strong relationships within the organization
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with an ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level
  • Comfortable pushing forward new strategic thinking, presenting above & across peers. Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to changing business needs, and seeing them through from strategy to execution
  • Fluency in integrated marketing tactics from digital to IRL/experiential
  • Is a strategic and creative thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) who brings an energy of optimism and fun

The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
