Then keep reading - you've come to the right place.Role DescriptionForm Energy is hiring a Staff Global Supply Manager to lead procurement of indirect goods and services used across all Form factories and facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest quality and cost efficiency. As part of our Supply Chain Management team, you will support factory ramp through developing and executing global sourcing strategies for categories such as MRO, professional services, IT, facilities and travel. You will communicate procurement plans and performance to the executive team. What you'll do:Develop clear strategies and roadmaps for supply and scale up of indirect materials and services for Form Energy's locationsDevelop relationships with robust supplier pools and selected preferred vendors that are capable of delivering to Form's needs, with focus on diverse and local supply sourcesDeliver favorable terms that optimize total cost of ownership, lead time, and risk to Form, by managing the end-to-end process from supplier identification through RFQ's, qualification, and pricing and contract negotiation.Develop should-cost targets and benchmarks for all Indirect spend categoriesBuild and maintain technical knowledge of Form's manufacturing processes, facilities maintenance and safety requirements, and supply base for relevant service and material suppliersWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent experience3-8 years of experience in strategic consultingStrong analytical skills to evaluate proposals & develop recommendationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsDemonstrated experience in sourcing and negotiationsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment • Ability to make quick decisions with 80% informationStrong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate bottom-up should-cost models based on an understanding of manufacturing processes; comfortable with spreadsheets#LI-Hybrid#LI-KK1Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy's culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
