Sienna Charles, a leading luxury travel and lifestyle company, seeks a skilled UX/UI & Email Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital platforms and elevating user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly email newsletters, maximizing template efficiency and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Test renderings across multiple email clients and ensure messages are mobile-friendly.
- Recommend opportunities to optimize email creative and campaigns based on results of executed emails (e.g., open rates, click-thru rates).
- Design engaging social media content to maintain brand consistency and elevate our online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for digital advertising campaigns and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI and Email Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus, along with high proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and others.
- Experience working with marketing platforms like HubSpot and a deep understanding of main marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media, and Email Campaigns, is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or Web Design is preferred.
- Experience with app design is an advantage.
