Emarsys, An SAP Company, is the omnichannel customer engagement platform that empowers marketers to build, launch, and scale personalised cross-channel campaigns that drive business outcomes.

As part of our continued expansion in North America, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to provide regional representation as part of our global Demand Generation team. You will draw on the combination of global resources (digital, demand gen, ops, content) and local field marketing & agency expertise to create demand and accelerate pipeline.

As the on-the-ground demand gen and digital expert for North America, you will help to augment & optimize global campaigns and digital channels, as well as run local-only initiatives. You will work hand-in-glove with field marketing, regional SDR and sales leaders to hone demand generation activities - creating & executing local campaigns.

Skills & Experience

* Extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience in growth marketing, demand generation and/or digital roles

* Deep digital marketing expertise and experience across a mix of channels to drive measurable pipeline impact (podcast, webinars & digital events, media & syndication, paid media etc.)

* Demonstrable experience working with cross functional teams including field marketing, partner, SDR & Sales

* Track record of delivering high performing demand generation campaigns at various stages of the sales cycle & reporting on outcomes

* Experience in managing local digital agencies and significant budget across paid search and paid media including Google, LinkedIn, Meta & YouTube

* Hands-on experience with Marketo & Salesforce & CMS systems

* Knowledge of marketing-to-sales hand off and how to optimize lead / account progression

* Expert collaborator and team player - linking with your global colleagues to drive local

* Experience in martech, CX space and understanding of the media landscape a huge advantage is a plus

Responsibilities

* Manage global-to-local digital budget including paid media, media owners, content syndication & ABM.

* Deploy budget and resources to maximize awareness through to demand generation

* Report on program, campaign & activation performance and work with teams to optimize results

* Ensure alignment between GTM resources around TAM, ICP and industry segments collaborating with global & local peers

* Collaborate with team in Demand Gen and peers in Field Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, PR and w/ SAP marketing teams to maximize digital activation

* Co-ordinate and hands-on execute demand gen activations across website, paid media, media executions, webinars & digital events & social

* Manage calendar of activations across all key digital channels in conjunction with Field Marketing

* Content creation for digital channels may be required working alongside well-resourced teams in content, design & agency
