Crossroads Programs, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Senior House Manager to advance ethical practice and professionalism while supporting protection, emotional stability, and healthy childhood development through service coordination, linkage, etc. Responsibilities include:
- Participate in service coordination on behalf of youth and families under the supervision of the Director of Medical and Residential Assistant Director.
- Work in tandem with the lead therapist youth, family/ guardian, as well as all other members of the MDT, providing non-clinical input in the development of individual services plans, treatment plans, and joint care reviews.
- Supervise House Managers and schedules
- Oversee daily operational aspects of the IDD cluster (Timber Lane, Holyoke, and Crooked Lane)
- Arrange and participate in family orientation
- Ensure House Managers review and sign all required paperwork
- Provide oversight to ensure on-site family psycho-educational activities consistent with the comprehensive treatment and discharge plan for all three programs
- Attend treatment team meetings
- Provide assistance in the absence of a House Manager with ADL skills.
- Remains in consistent contact with all members of the youth's MDT (internal/in-house and external)
- Routinely conducts unannounced school, home, and ancillary visits.
- Ensure House Managers are scheduling and attending special appointments (medical, allied, etc.)
- Participate in treatment conferences, individual educational plans, child family team, emergency review meetings, etc.
- Actively Participants in in-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds, and Case Managers.
- Ensure House Managers provide youth Authorization Status and Coverage Eligibility
- Comply with and participates in IAIU and program inspections.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level practitioner or an unlicensed master's level practitioner with 3-year relevant experience working with youth in a residential or institutional setting.
- Three years of supervisory experience in the related field.
