POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead Yardi software implementations for senior housing clients. This full-time, hybrid role based out of NYC involves managing all aspects of Yardi software projects, ensuring optimal performance, and providing ongoing support.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead implementation and configuration of Yardi software for senior housing company.
• Customize and enhance Yardi functionalities to meet company-specific needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
• Conduct training sessions to maximize software utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Yardi features.
• Serve as a Yardi subject matter expert, offering guidance and recommendations.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Yardi software, focusing on senior housing.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end Yardi implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of senior housing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Yardi EHR, and Yardi Senior Living Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
