Global financial services company is hiring an experienced and driven HR Communications Manager to join their Employee Communications team. This team is focused on culture and employee experience through strategic HR to HR and HR to employee communications. Be a pivotal communications partner to their global HR team to support their processes and communications, refine and build on the foundation that exists today. This role will have an important role to play in shaping the culture and employee experience at the company. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of corporate communications experience - focused on HR communications within an enterprise scale company. Must be experienced in implementing efficiencies in processes and communications for HR teams. This long term contract position is hybrid requiring 2-3 onsite days/week in northern Rhode Island.
