Job Description:

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our client's team in East Granby, CT.

The Senior HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring that our people strategies align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and overall HR compliance.

Competitive Pay: $43.75/hour

Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility required to support various shifts)

6 month contract with possible conversion to a permanent position

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG experience a plus)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in employee relations, recruiting, or payroll

Background in the aerospace industry

Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic workforce plans.

Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to implement and utilize the Talent Management System.

Administer HR policies, procedures, and regulations, providing guidance to employees and managers.

Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding.

Coordinate benefits open enrollment and manage ongoing benefits administration.

Assist in wage and salary administration, including job descriptions, performance reviews, and organization charts.

Conduct HR audits and prepare monthly and annual HR metrics reports.

Maintain applicant tracking for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) reporting.

Lead and coordinate community relations and employee relations initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.

Pay Details: $43.75 per hour
