Pay Rate: $95,000 to $115,000 per year.

Position Purpose:
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing and executing HR strategies, initiatives, and processes that support the organization's goals and ensure a positive employee experience. This role will serve as a key partner to the Utility HQ leadership and various departments, providing expertise in all areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee development. The Senior HR Generalist will work to align HR best practices with business objectives, foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, and promote employee engagement, development, and retention.

Corporate office environment - ability to work hybrid with a minimum of 3 days required in the office. Ability to travel to field sites and provide back-up support to field HR peers.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
BA/BS degree in business-related field is preferred. 5+ years of general HR experience in various HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar role that involves partnering with leadership and managing complex HR processes.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support Utility HQ leaders and employees. Ability to manage complex HR issues, balancing employee needs with business objectives. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards. Experience in strategic HR initiatives such as talent management and organizational development. Good computer skills - familiarity with Google Platform (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
