Job Description:
This role offers flexibility, allowing for a hybrid/remote arrangement at our St. Albans location.The Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in enhancing and streamlining human resource processes for all colleagues at Deringer. This position involves providing administrative supportto the HR department, focusing on HRIS data entry and configuration, assisting with payroll, and collaborating closely with the Human Resources Manager. Additionally, it includes performing regular HR reporting and auditing tasks. This role will also support colleague engagement initiatives and recognition programs. As an integral role within our organization, it offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement within a skilled Human Resources team.Job Responsibilities:* Accurately input data into the HRIS for new colleagues, terminations, and updates, including job changes, promotions, and salary modifications.* Support team members by resolving user issues and addressing tickets related to UKGPro.* Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards to deliver valuable HR analytics.* Arrange documents into the correct colleague files by utilizing all available electronic filing systems and streamline processes.* Ensuring accurate data management* Assisting in the administration of colleague benefits, which may involve collecting and submitting information, as well as informing vendors about status changes for health, dental, life, disability, and other coverage.* Collaborate with Payroll to:*
