Job Description:

Atlas Oil is seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office, manage HR functions, and support various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, employee records management, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Provide leadership support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Assist in managing employee relations, training, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for onboarding of new hires
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Become a cultural ambassador for the company and assist with articulating company values across the local team and encourage camaraderie and resolution of local issues; maintain a direct line of communication with leadership for ideas and issues that arise
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, Office Manager, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
