Job Description:

OVERVIEW

The Senior Analyst, HRIS is responsible for supporting and improving global HRIS operations across all TransPerfect family of companies. They will lead as a subject matter expert to advise on business requirements, system capabilities, and system configuration. This position will directly interact with other members of the HR team, Accounting/Finance stakeholders, senior managers, and business partners across TransPerfect.

DESCRIPTION

  • Own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of HR and company processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and lead collaboration with teams to come to rapid resolution
  • Set up, modify and maintain Workday security (including but not limited to adding, changing, and deleting user IDs, passwords, role-based permissions, etc.)
  • Participate as a lead in Workday releases, optimization of Workday SKUs and other implementation projects that involve HR systems
  • Maintain business process configuration and identify opportunities to update business processes and configuration to enhance or simplify current process
  • Manage and resolve system issues
  • Create documentation for any configuration and security changes within Workday
  • Communicate and problem-solve daily with team members, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Train and mentor new team members, as needed
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 2-3 years of experience with Workday configuration
  • Expert level user of Excel and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in well-structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines
  • Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Workday implementation and configuration experience

Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, while also coordinating key stakeholders

  • Self-starter with a proactive working nature – anticipate needs in advance and is a problem solver

New York City Salary Transparency

Compensation range: $125k-$130k
