This HRIS Senior Analyst role is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assigned portfolio assets). Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Decision Making Receives general direction and exercises some independent judgement Lead in the planning, design and delivery of discrete small projects/enhancements within the HRIS group; i.e. leading resources from other groups within Bright Horizons and/or outside consultants. Consult with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.
Job Requirements - Education/Experience Education: Required - Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of education, 2 additional years of relevant experience. Experience Required - 5 experience and knowledge in the HRIS field including a background/education in both technology and human resources.
Additional Job Requirements
This role pays in a range of $115-130K annually. The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates of fering for this job opening. Actual compensation of fers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certif ications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
