Workday Senior HRIS Analyst - $150,000 + Bonus – Fully Remote

As a key player in the HRIS team, you'll be instrumental in optimizing the Workday system, working closely with business partners to ensure peak performance. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, enhancing/optimizing, and staying abreast of the latest Workday updates to enhance system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to Senior Stakeholders and HR/IT departments.
• You will lead in reviewing, testing, and implementing new Workday releases
• Optimize, evaluate, and enhance processes within the Workday HCM suite to ensure efficiency and exceptional user experience.
• Collect and address feedback from stakeholders, pinpoint gaps, and implement solutions to fulfil business requirements.
• Create Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports across multiple modules within Workday HCM.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Experience configuring 3+ modules across the HCM suite
• Excellent report writing skills
• Proven Track record in effectively assessing Workday Security
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
