Raytheon is seeking a dedicated Senior Human Factors Engineer to join the Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) team in Aurora, CO. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing MIL-STD-1472 compliant system safety programs, performing human factors program tasks and analyses, and collaborating with various engineering disciplines. You will also be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Systems Integration, Human Factors Engineering or Safety Engineering experience. An active U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is also mandatory for this position.
