Job Description:

Sr. Payroll and HR Systems Analyst

Location: Plantation, FL (33324) – Onsite 3 days/week

Pay Rate: $50-55/hr

Term: 12 month C2H

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of Payroll and HRIS experience
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions / UKG Workforce Management (UKG WFM) OR a similar Platform
  • HRIS / HCM experience
  • Creating test scripts, UAT testing, validating requirements, and configuration set-up
  • Experience creating BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
  • Need to have prior Payroll experience: Payroll Implementation experience, Payroll Processes & Payroll Systems
  • Working closely with IT & Payroll Teams on Projects

Plusses:

  • Any Project Management Certifications (ie: PMP)
  • Experience working with teams globally
  • Prior experience with Project Management, Oracle/Fusion, SQL, business analytics and reporting
  • Experience with PowerBI

Day to Day:

Sr. Payroll and HR Systems is responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll processing, partner with IT on HR System related initiatives, and manages the HR systems team by providing strategic direction. This position will advise on governance, be a strategic partner to the business, and strive for continuous improvement of payroll process, procedure, policy, and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating test scripts, UAT testing, validating requirements, configuration set-up, and payroll processing
  • Create, maintain, and review payroll processes and timelines considering internal/ external standard processes, local legislation and alignment requirements of multiple business units
  • Assess and control the implementation of the payroll process
  • Enhancement of process flow for all payroll processes to ensure the most streamlined and efficient payroll management
  • Research and investigate payroll issues and other raised payroll inquiries by collaborating with key partners to problem solve, align on the best solution, and complete in a timely manner
  • Advise on payroll controls, risk and governance as it pertains to the countries within the region
  • Function as a strategic partner and contribute process improvements for all key system implementations/upgrades
  • Facilitate regular data audit
  • Optimize HR technology systems to meet workflow requirements, create opportunities for automation, and continuously look for ways to migrate manual HR processes into a more simplified, automated process
