Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- CA employment law
- Strong employee relations
- Hands-on and can wear multiple hats
- Mid-large sized company experience
- Can be the point of contact for west coast HR matters (300 total employees across 4 locations)
- Supervisory experience
- Comfortable with travel (roughly 1x per month)
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Master's Degree
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
An experienced Sr. HR Business Partner will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate a broad range of HR services. As a multi-site lead in California and Arizona, the Sr. HRBP will ensure legal compliance and implementation of clients mission and talent strategy.
Position Location: Morgan Hill, CA (this is an onsite position with some flexibility)
Sites Supporting: Santa Clara, CA, Morgan Hill CA, Newport Beach, CA, and Mesa, AZ & Hillsboro, Oregon
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior site leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to all Human Capital Initiatives
- Act as a coach to employee relations, and career development
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource
- compliance and strategy needs.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
- Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of human resource management experience required.
- Manufacturing and or Semi- Conductor Experience preferred.
Travel: 25% - site visits to Santa Clara, Newport Beach, Mesa, AZ and other locations
