Our client, a pharmaceutical services organization, is hiring for a Senior Director of Human Resources to oversee HR for their US operations. As a Senior Director, Human Resources, you will serve as an active HR partner to the Executive and Management teams nation-wide. This role plays an integral part in leading U.S. HR function to define and execute HR and Talent Acquisition objectives aligned with business goals and milestones. This role will require travel between Baltimore, MD, Germantown, MD, Coventry, RI and Exton, PA locations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Develops and guides programs targeted towards ensuring employee engagement, employee career growth, development, and retention
* Understands the business priorities and objectives to develop a comprehensive talent plan that aligns with revenue goals
* Works with global business leaders to analyze the workforce capability requirements relevant to changing business needs, actively participating in planning process, provide advice on workforce deployment and development for success
* Collaborates on workforce plan with finance, region, division to ensure investment in talent is understood and aligned for expedient approvals.
* Guides leaders in organization structure design and implementations, including (but not limited) to new structure, organizational development, global people impact, change management for intended business outcomes. Work globally with peers to understand the requirements and opportunities for successful change.
* Leads Human Resources planning and succession review process.
* Guides Top Talent to work out individual development program, provide resources and opportunities to stretch and grow.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, psychology, related discipline required
* 12+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of Human Resources with global collaboration
* Experience in Pharmaceutical or CRO Industry preferred
* SHRM-SCP preferred
