Job Description:
As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.You will report directly to our Senior HR Manager and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolutionSupport performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plansPartner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organizationEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirementsDevelop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectivesProvide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulationsYOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesExperience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailWE VALUEBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work cultureExperience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plansKnowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practicesAbility to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirementsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
