Job Description:

As the Senior HR Generalist, you will serve as a strategic partner to the organization as a whole, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to HR initiatives.

Location: on-site in Bensalem, PA

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and department managers to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Guide managers and employees through performance review processes, goal setting, and career development planning.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies, while championing best practices.
  • Leverage HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner with teams to identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
  • Champion initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
