Lead and develop a high-performance team of HR Business Partners
Responsible for the creation and execution of retention strategies that promotes employee engagement, delivers workforce stability and achieves retention goals
Manage the employee relations process in partnership with aligned store support center resources
Qualifications:
Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence
Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)
Extensive knowledge of employee relations practices and investigation skills for employee relations cases
BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or applicable training in these areas with another degree; equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 2 years of recruiting
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong communication skills
