What You Will Do:
  • Support the business with day-to-day HR activities
  • Provide support to the HR team and leaders on HR mega processes (merit, bonus payouts, etc)
  • Provide organizational design insights and tools for HR partners to utilize in determining spans of control, role definition and competencies, and career frameworks.
  • Consults with HR business partners and COEs to define, develop and adopt organizational effectiveness strategies, core practices, and tools.
  • Collaborate and consult with business leaders, COEs, and HRBPs to recommend and develop human performance improvement solutions that align with strategic business initiatives, company-wide initiatives, capability gaps, and regulatory requirements.
  • Devises and implements plans to build a stronger organizational effectiveness capability across our Commercial teams
  • Proactively advises senior management on opportunities, issues and trends
  • Provide change management framework and recommendations to help plan and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure they are on track and delivered to the agreed-upon level of quality.
  • Defines measures of success and effectively monitors effectiveness of solutions.
  • Researches and shares internal and external best practices.
  • Analyzes data and identifies trends and organizational gaps to support changes to program for process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6-8 years of applicable work experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven track record of success in project management
  • Experience assessing client development needs and ability to design and deliver custom built organizational design plans
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coaching Senior executives on organization design and effectiveness principles
  • Previous experience designing, developing, and delivering impactful business solutions and programs, preferably in both corporate and global environment
  • Proven capability in connecting company strategy and strategic initiatives to function specific organization design efforts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Prior experience with Workday
  • Proven people agility and ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with experience writing and editing for an employee audience.
  • Self-starter, able to determine and drive appropriate communications approaches with limited direction.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, business judgment and keen attention to detail.
  • Results-driven individual with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Performs effectively as a team player. Values the ideas and opinions of others and routinely collects their input as part of decision-making process.
