If so, join the team at C2 Essentials!The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of human resource activities, including but not limited to:* Salary administration, job evaluation, performance appraisal, merit and other salary increases, incentive plans, life, health, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plans.* Leverage an integrated system of management processes that align C2's vision and organizational values, integrate client's core business and HR processes, utilize appropriate metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement, and drive the execution of C2 and our client's goals and objectives.* Work with C2's clients to align HR processes/programs to support the overall business plan and strategies.* Formulate and develop policies, procedures, and programs to meet specific business and development needs.* Conduct effective comprehensive new hire orientations (both in-person and via web conference).Skills and Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related or human resources field; PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification highly desired.* At least 4+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a fast-paced professional environment.* Strong compensation background with experience in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus plans, gap analysis, banding, rewards, strategic HR, and retention.* Providing HR services to federal government contractors.* A successful track record of designing and implementing organization-wide systems that align with and advance organizational goals and practices supporting human capital strategies that optimize business performance.* Demonstrate the ability to provide executive-level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues, leadership development, and succession planning issues.* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, rapport, and trust with clients and employees.* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment.* Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks at once.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Knowledge and experience with federal and state human resources compliance to include areas such as: FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, COBRA and USERRA.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.EOE M/F/D/V
