Job Description:
A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Collaborates with multiple individuals from project and corporate management in the design, creation, and distribution of processes, practices, and tools associated with Blattner's operating system.
  • Serves as main point of contact in maintaining, organizing, and ensuring efficient distribution of materials associated with the standardization of Blattner's methods for operation. Provides end user support and problem solving when issues arise.
  • Assists in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Partners with Process Improvement Analysts to help create work processes and updates, designs and prepares other Process Improvement materials.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Associate's degree, or equivalent combinations of education and on-the-job related experience.
  • Two or more years of related experience
