Job Description:

Reporting to the CRM Program Lead within HUB Retirement & Private Wealth as an individual contributor, the Senior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for executing a comprehensive deployment plan for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance. Duties include readiness and cutover activities, interacting with key business stakeholders to prepare for cutover, as well as conducting and managing a phased deployment across all RPW office locations. This individual will also provide support before, during, and after release, and ensure that production systems are functional following a successful cutover.About HUB Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW): We lead our communities with integrity, driven to make things better, both now and in the future. We innovate, collaborate, and achieve success together, focused on the tomorrows for all.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate CRM deployments across multiple sites, executing the rollout plan and readiness checklists in a staged rolloutEnsure the deployment plan and activities are communicated and adequately resourced to support users during the transitionEnsure high quality manual and automated data migration are completed within a timely mannerEnsure business communications, software installation and configuration, user setup and access, are managed in a timely manner in consultation with the business usersWork alongside, and provide support to, the training team with their efforts for the business usersDrive user adoptions and generate excitement for the implementation of the CRM platformConduct post deployment reviews to evaluate, document, and capture recommendations for improvement and provide feedback to the project teamManage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locationsIdentify, resolve and manage deployment risks and issuesTrack and report on solution deployment issues and defectsManage business expectation for the CRM rollout planQUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentHighly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a largely unsupervised settingProven experience working in a fast-paced, quickly evolving work environment, specifically as it relates to working with various technologiesDetail oriented, quick learner, problem solverAbility to travel to the corporate office and/or HUB locations, as neededFinancial services knowledge, specifically 401(k) and wealth managementExperience in software solution deployment management across multiple facilitiesThe expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
