Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Support wafer process development in collaboration with design and process engineering teams
* Identify needs for new process technology and develop them thru collaboration with process owners
* Define layout rules for new product platforms and develop mask designs for new products
* Participating in establishing fab processing requirement for new products
* Collaborate with logistics, quality, and other functional teams to setup, qualify, and release new products
* Assist process and yield engineering teams by providing technical support for yield improvement
* Support quality team with root cause analysis
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the organization, scope as projects and drive to completion
* Routinely report technical results to external customers
Education & Experience
* Masters or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, material science or equivalent knowledge/experience
* 10+ years professional experience
Skills
* Proficiency with statistical process control, design of experiments, and data base query
* Understanding of device physics and the impact of process parameters on performance
* Experience performing development in a manufacturing environment
* Self-motivated, driven individual with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment
* Ability to communicate results in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
Ability to adorn clean room environment.
Ability to sit/stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
Safety Requirements
