Our client, a real estate investment firm, is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Westchester, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Underwriting, due diligence, and execution of property acquisitions and developments, as well as asset management
- Draft investment memorandum, lender and investor presentations
- Lead investment level reporting, review, and analysis, budgeting, and ongoing financial projections
- Build valuation models
- Conduct property level due diligence including review of leases, financial information, legal, zoning, and third-party reports
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor/reforecast MTD, QTD, and YTD performance
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in real estate, finance or related field
- 3-8+ years of experience in multifamily acquisitions/asset management
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
