Position Summary

Seeking a Senior Capital Markets expert, to support financing strategy, focusing on tax equity, debt structuring, and financial modeling for solar and storage assets. Reports to the VP of Capital Markets.

Core Responsibilities

• Support financing origination and marketing activities
• Develop financial models and confidential information memoranda
• Assist in structuring and due diligence for transactions
• Provide financial input on tax equity and debt valuations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, business, or related field
• 3+ years in investment banking, renewable energy, or utilities
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Experience with project finance debt and tax equity
