Requirements:
Experience managing IT projects (3+ years);
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field.
Preferred:
• Experience with Project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
• Experience with Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C;
• Experience with ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management;
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Experience with Microfocus PPM
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Draft and maintain project management artifacts, facilitating clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Evaluate change requests and provide data to the Project Sponsor for informed decision-making.
• Manage all aspects of the Cloud Migration project across the enterprise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Oversee time, cost, and quality management, ensuring projects stay within budget, meet key milestones, and adhere to quality standards.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate human resources, developing project teams across multiple programs and vendors.
• Plan and manage project communications, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring documentation is maintained and knowledge transfer is provided.
