Senior IT Specialist - SharePoint Online Development & SupportLocation : Hybrid , Menands, NYRate : $52/hr C2C Visa : No CPTs/OPTs Responsibilities:Advanced Support: Support and enhance WCB SharePoint Intranet ( The Hub ), including best practices, comments/discussion boards, and user experience.Migration Support: Help migrate content and functionality from Drupal 7 and HR Web website to SharePoint, including replicating Job Postings functionality.WCB Collaboration: Assist with migrating content from Oracle Web Center and designing/updating SharePoint for improved UX and Teams integration.Knowledge Transfer: Train internal staff on advanced Teams and SharePoint features/development.Qualifications:Mandatory: 4+ years' experience developing O365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate) including UX design, user requirements, development, testing, and implementation.Mandatory: 5+ years' experience developing and configuring O365 SharePoint and Teams (sites, workflows, lists, libraries, custom functionality, design, integration with other tools).Mandatory: 4+ years' experience with Microsoft technologies and software applications for UX, design, planning, and development.Mandatory: 4+ years' experience using best practices for data organization and layout for optimal UX and site expansion.Bonus: 2+ years' experience developing and implementing MS Forms.
