This position in the Strategic team is responsible to lead Kronos projects and contribute in all phases of implementation, from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing to go-live support. Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years IT experience and 3 years working with Kronos
• Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) V8.0 and higher
  • Time and attendance
  • Basic Scheduler
  • Accruals, Devices and Time off Requests
• Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• ???????Knowledge of UKG Workforce Setup Data Manager (SDM)
• Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM or ADP
• Strong SQL Knowledge
• Experience leading projects and working with an offshore team is a plus (Team is 3 in US and 5 in India)
