About the Role:
As the Senior L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in aligning learning and development strategies with business goals. You will be responsible to create scalable, culturally relevant, and engaging learning programs that enhance employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across diverse international markets. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure training initiatives directly contribute to business success.
This role can be based from either Boise, Idaho or Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic L&D Planning: Develop and implement global learning strategies that support the business objectives and regional needs.
• Program Design & Delivery: Create and manage impactful learning programs tailored to diverse international audiences, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and regional HR teams to identify learning gaps and align L&D initiatives with organizational goals.
• Talent Development: Design leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and support career development and succession planning.
• Learning Technology & Innovation: Leverage advanced learning platforms and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Adapt learning solutions to respect diverse cultural nuances and ensure inclusivity for a global workforce.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of L&D programs and provide regular reports to senior management.
Who We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
• Extensive proven experience in Learning & Development or HR, with demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering global training programs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
• CIPD/ATD certification (highly desirable).
• Experience with instructional design and familiarity with authoring tools like Vyond, Articulate, or Storyline (a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
