Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic L&D Planning: Develop and implement global learning strategies that support business objectives while addressing regional needs.

• Program Design & Delivery: Create and manage impactful, scalable learning programs tailored to diverse international audiences, ensuring compliance with global standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and regional HR teams to identify learning gaps and align initiatives with organizational goals.

• Talent Development: Design leadership development programs to foster the next generation of leaders, supporting career development and succession planning.

• Learning Technology & Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge learning platforms and industry trends to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training.

• Cultural Sensitivity: Adapt learning solutions to respect diverse cultural nuances, ensuring inclusivity for a global workforce.

• Evaluation & Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of L&D programs and provide regular reports to senior management.

Who We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development or HR, with a proven track record of designing and delivering global training programs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.

• CIPD/ATD certification (highly desirable).

• Experience with instructional design and familiarity with authoring tools like Vyond, Articulate, or Storyline (a plus).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
