Job Summary: Senior Land Use Planner
Clarke Caton Hintz seeks a Planner with a minimum of 5 years' experience who shares our passion for creative planning and design within a variety of contexts. The Planner will manage and collaborate on a variety of planning projects related to municipal entities and other public and private clients. Projects include master planning, redevelopment, affordable housing planning, urban design, zoning ordinances, environmental analysis and evaluation of development proposals. Ideal candidates will have an interest in comprehensive planning, sustainability, form-based codes, green infrastructure, transit-oriented development, land preservation/conservation, mobility, public policy and robust stakeholder engagement.
