Be responsible for the plan design and benchmarking of the prescription drug plan to identify short term and long-term opportunities that would bring enhanced, competitive programs and offerings to the enterprise. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges in the prescription drug space requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, using industry data and internal stakeholder feedback, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, coordination of highly complex activities, and guidance to others. Implement any prescription drug plan design changes or new programs/offerings, including managing vendor, senior management presentations and change management efforts.
