Position Summary: This role is responsible for consulting with Penske's Maintenance department for the design and implementation of learning and development solutions that align to business strategies and meet associate developmental needs. Qualified candidates for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of meaningful and related business experience and preferably 2+ years in Talent Development. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Must be able to successfully demonstrate excellent communication skills and the capability of leading a project or program from conception through to implementation at function or enterprise scale. Must have proven record of taking initiative, learning, and quickly applying new insights along with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of others. Penske's corporate offices are located in Reading, PA, 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Position requires 15-20% travel for in-person events. Major Responsibilities: Design and develop learning programs and content in collaboration with the Learning Design team to ensure the best possible learning experience for our associates. Own and facilitate programs (Virtually and In-Person) that are targeted to address the needs of the Maintenance organization. Maintain instructionally sound Maintenance department curriculum by evaluating content for currency and alignment to the business needs. Consult with senior leadership and other stakeholders in our corporate Maintenance department, field Maintenance leaders, and our Operations leaders in assessing business needs of our Maintenance team to support individual and required skill development to achieve our overall business objectives. Operate Learning technologies and systems used in the delivery of instructional and/or interactive programs or courses (i.e. LEARN+, SmartSheets, MS OneDrive Zoom, Teams etc.) Continuous evaluation and improvement of Program content and design. Work collaboratively within the Talent & OD function and with other enterprise learning professionals. Analyze and advise on adjustments to knowledge, skills and capabilities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 2+ years of Adult Learning & Development experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with group facilitation. Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities. Experience with project management and program design / development / implementation. Consistently demonstrates exemplary follow through and proactive solution development to organization needs. Experience facilitating / instructing in a professional setting preferred. Must be collaborative & work in a team environment. Must have strong consulting skills. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Must be technically proficient with excellent interpersonal skills. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job. Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Branch Service Manager or equal field maintenance experience is desired.
