Job Description:

As a Senior Learning and Development Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of employee development by facilitating and managing innovative learning strategies and programs for manager and director audiences. This individual contributor role ensures that our techniques and methods are progressive and tailored to Workiva's business and culture. The position aims to enhance management and leadership capabilities and performance, champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), contribute to employee engagement, and support strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitation/Delivery: Deliver learning programs for managers and directors primarily in the United States and Canada, with occasional facilitation for EMEA and APAC audiences. Provide coaching to participants, leveraging your experience to support their professional growth and development.

  • Program Management: Manage the successful implementation of manager and director development programs, optimizing for business alignment, employee engagement, skill development, measurable outcomes, inclusion, and equity.

  • Program Measurement: Collect, analyze, and report program metrics to assess program impact and success, and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Program Design and Development: Contribute to the design and development of learning and development programs for manager audiences, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches, to meet the evolving needs of managers and the organization.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

  • 6+ years experience in learning development, with a focus on management development. Experience should include program management, facilitation/delivery, coaching, and program design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior people management experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and coach to go deeper in-person and in virtual settings. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent program management and change management skills, with proven ability to balance collaboration with results.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and functional units.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and deliver development programs that engage diverse groups, mitigate biases, and apply equitable practices to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in hybrid and remote environments.

  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-growth, and highly collaborative environments.

  • Curious and knowledgeable about new approaches and thinking that support learning and development needs now and in the future.

  • Willingness and ability to support a variety of time zones across our global regions. This would include the ability to facilitate programs in APAC, LATAM, and EMEA regions occasionally - both in person and virtually.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • 20-25% travel required (travel will fluctuate as business needs evolve).

  • Reliable internet access for any period working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00. A discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
