About the Role:The Senior Leasing Administrator will be responsible for assisting a leasing quad and international leasing teams in reviewing and processing necessary paperwork related to leases for new and existing locations globally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and approve international leasing documents for new, relocation, renegotiation and amended leases for Franchisee Signed direct leases.
- Extract from lease documents, material terms required for Done Deal data entry for domestic and international new leases, relocation leases, renegotiation leases, amendments and commencement agreements for Franchisee Signed Leases.
- Extract from lease documents, material terms required for Done Deal data entry, including imaging and distribution of documents for Military locations.
- Research leasing documents in imaging to ensure the lease data is accurate and renewal will not be missed.
- Generates and manages renewal list for Subway signed leases for their territory
- Generate renewal notices to Landlord and update database to indicate that location has been renewed.
- Responsible for drafting cover letters and mailing out various documents to the landlord.
- Draft and send letters to Franchise Owner asking for acceptance on amending documents.
- Sublease Process, including but not limited to sending the sublease package to the Franchise Owner.
- Scanning and verifying documents are in imaging. Distributing documents to the field.
- Communicate with Franchise owner, BD/SMO employees and Landlords concerning their lease.
- Submit checks for deposit from the franchisee for security deposit and first month's rent. Request and send checks to Landlords for security deposit and first month's rent.
- Various other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in lease administration within Real Estate or Retail preferred.
- Excellent data processing skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills inclusive of email, Microsoft Word.
- Experience utilizing Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.)
- Proficiency in typing

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
