Purpose of Role:
The Senior Legal Counsel, US Structured Notes will advise the business directly on legal and regulatory issues that impact the US structured products business. The role will maintain, and update, Marex US Note programs and related issuance level documentation. Additionally, they will assist the Head of Legal and Head of Solutions Legal with manager of legal risk arising from the Marex Solutions US structured products business.
