GM seeks an experienced Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about the law, clients and his or her team; enjoys a culture of high achievement; and wants to be part of a growing and dynamic law firm.

The successful Senior/Of Counsel Litigation Associate candidate will have the knowledge and experience necessary to support the firm's busy commercial, real estate, and employment litigation practices. The preferred Litigation candidate will decisively execute projects, have excellent writing and analytical skills, and enjoy working as part of a strong team. The preferred candidates will have a record of demonstrated leadership, have experience taking/defending depositions, and some trial experience.

Key Results:

• Execute projects in a timely and professional manner.

• Independently manage their caseload, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Provide structured and factually accurate analysis and advice to clients, ensuring clear and direct communication at all stages of the litigation process.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of active litigation experience in commercial, real estate, and/or employment litigation in Colorado state courts.

• Aptitude and experience to plan and accomplish goals with efficiency, independence, and creativity, while working with a supervising partner or senior attorney.

• Excellent writing skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate,

consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies.

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado

• Team player with a no task too small attitude.

• An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive, and clear in communication.

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 depending on experience. Additional bonus potential $12,000-$35,000. We have a dynamic bonus program for Associate level attorneys which permits time for business development without sacrificing bonus eligibility after achieving 1,600 billable hours.
