Join us and work towards creating an inclusive and diverse workforce experience at Wallick.About your role as a Senior Living Advisor/Business Development Specialist: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, you will be responsible for maintaining building occupancy level of 95%, through innovative marketing goals and strategies.Your Responsibilities as a Senior Living Advisor/Business Development Specialist on our team:Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents and their families.Develop and implement monthly marketing plan.Carry out market research, competitor and resident surveys.Manage a computerized prospect database.Develop, plan, and implement special marketing functions.Perform outreach with the local community.Responsible for development and adherence to departmental budget.Conduct interviews with potential residents and their families.Serve as liaison between the community, residents, and their family members.About You: You have great customer service skills, and are flexible, compassionate, and dependable.
